  • At the moment we only organize training for adults, but we hope to organize training for children in the future.

Teenagers are welcome to our adult trainings with a guardian’s permission. The recommended age is approximately 15+, but this varies based on the maturity of each individual and should be considered between the guardian and the coaches.

Our

story

Hi! We’re Ashley & Eiko.

We believe that sport connects people. That’s exactly what it did for us.

We each found our way to Krav Maga through different paths. Eiko has trained combat sports since childhood, and while each sport provided valuable foundations, there was always a sense that something was missing. Ashley comes from a fitness background and found Krav Maga at a time in her life when she needed to step out of her comfort zone and challenge herself with something new. Both of us found far more in Krav Maga than we could have ever anticipated.

In Krav Maga we found a system, a community, and a perspective that goes beyond physical ability and encourages whole-person growth. For both of us that “something missing” was found in this dynamic approach to training who we are as people – physically, mentally, emotionally.

We hold the principle that “Krav Maga aims to make people not only stronger and safer, but also better human beings” in high regard and anchor all we do at Warrior Academy around it.

Krav Maga also allowed us to find each other. Meeting for the first time at our Krav Maga instructor course in Tallinn, we bonded over our shared passion for growth and our deep belief that sport enables us to access new levels of growth as we explore, play, and push the limits of our ability.

For us this means blending Krav Maga, functional strength training, and health and wellness practices to create a holistic lifestyle that supports an ongoing growth journey. This is what Warrior Academy means to us – waking up every day with the intention of growing into a better version of ourselves. And then training for it.

See you at training!
