Your Krav Maga journey starts here.
Basic Training is a 12-week primer course on Krav Maga and our holistic training philosophy here at Warrior Academy. Basic training combines in-person training intensives, online training, course content and more to launch your journey.

Intro to
Krav MAGA
A crash course on the fundamentals of Krav Maga.
In our Intro to Krav Maga seminars, we focus on understanding the core principles of self-defense – awareness and threat management, building on the body’s natural startle-flinch response, getting out of the line of attack and attacking forward. From there we practice movement patterns and techniques that effectively deal with the threat and reestablish safety.
We offer 3 different packages – 2, 4, and 6 hours in length to suit your needs. See below which themes we cover in each different package.

Warrior intensive
All our favourite stuff packed into one awesome day.
The Warrior Intensive blends Krav Maga, functional training, and mindset & wellness practices to deliver a dynamic training day with lots of new things to discover.
We design each Warrior Intensive day uniquely for each group, taking into consideration any previous experience with Krav Maga, the average fitness level of the group, and what mindset & wellness themes you are interested in.

Women’s
Self Defense

Our women’s self-defence seminar focuses on practical techniques, situational awareness, and building confidence. Learn effective strategies tailored to real-world scenarios in a supportive and empowering environment.
