We believe that training should support life. Functional training focuses on exercises that mimic real-life movements, emphasizing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination to enhance your ability to perform everyday activities efficiently and safely.
By working across multiple joints and planes of motion, this multi-directional approach trains the body to handle dynamic, real-world scenarios, enhancing reactivity and adaptability.
Functional training also helps develop sport-specific ability and capacity, making it a great addition to combat training.

At the moment, we operate on an event-by-event basis. We organize both public and private training seminars, as well as our Basic Training course.
